March 25, 2024 - The lawncare company will begin installing new mulch in the community this week. If you have flower pots, etc., set out, please move them so the mulch installation can be completed.
REMINDER: There is to be no parking on the streets in the community. Visitors are to park in your drive or in the alloted visitor parking areas.
March 24, 2024 - It is the still the plan to open the pool on Memorial Day Weekend. If those plans change, we will notify the community.
November 18, 2023 - On Monday, November 20, the water to the entire community will be shut off at 9:00 AM for approximately 3-4 hours to facilitate a water valve repair in the community.
November 2, 2023 - The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, November 20, at 5:45 PM at the Main Branch of the Carmel Public Library: 425 E Main St., Carmel, IN 46032. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in. The meeting will begin promptly at 5:45 PM.
November 1, 2023 - On Friday, Nov 3, the lawn care company will be on site for the last lawn treatment application for the year. Please be sure to remove everything (flower pots, decorations, etc) from the grass areas so they can do a complete application. Please keep your pets and children safe during the application process, too.
October 2023 - Reminder: the 2023 Annual General Meeting is being scheduled for November 2023. Details will be mailed to residents and posted on the website.
September 2023 - Pool has closed for the year. It is scheduled to reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2024
August 2023 - Reminder: Trash cans are to be stored in your garage or on your patio out of sight from the street. Please pick up after your pets.
